Phil Hayes is a performer, director, actor and musician, and co-founder of First Cut Productions. Since 2005, Hayes has created a series of eclectic theatre projects under the label and has produced them on an international stage.

On the website, separate tabs are used to present the work of Phil Hayes and that of First Cut Productions. All projects are documented with a broad palette of photographs, videos and texts.
